You can delete your Janani account through either of the following methods:

From the mobile app

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the deletion.

By email request

Send a deletion request to abiral@citizeninfotechnepal.com from your registered email address. Our team will process it within 48 hours.

What happens after deletion?

✓ Your personal profile information will be permanently deleted from our systems.
✓ Health records linked to your account will be removed.
⚠ Backup logs required for legal compliance may be retained for up to 30 days, after which they will also be deleted.
